Happy September!

It's September. The next four months are my favorite of the year. Come, autumn and winter, come!

Happy birthday wishes to solodancer, aragornlover, and ltlj! I hope you all have wonderful days and many more to come.

Today is also the birthday of Edgar Rice Burroughs (1875-1950), author of many books, including the Barsoom, Pellucider, and Tarzan series.

In other news, The Magic Ring is now shipping from Amazon.com.

And here's some picspam to round out the post.

This was life! ah, how he loved it! Civilization held nothing like this in its narrow and circumscribed sphere, hemmed in by restrictions and conventionalities.... At last he was free. He had not realized what a prisoner he had been.
